my items never arrived. i emailed for help, they gave me a tracking number marked delivered.

I called my carrier, i called my neighbors, I searched for two weeks.

I got zero help from support, they just refer to their "shipping policy" (which i never even saw when I made my purchase) which is basically, if it doesnt get there but is marked delivered they wont do a damn thing about it. Thats a very convenient policy when items take 10 weeks to ship and arrive in multiple packages.

You as a customer should know with absolute certainty that they use a cheap, third rate shipper, and if they lose your package, they will do nothing to help you (other than, say, offer you store credit so they can rip you off again?)

I will never order anything from this store again. What a terrible way to treat fans who want to aupport HLB.
